"Grim Grinning Ghosts" is a clear base with a light blue to dark blue to purple shifting shimmer and a boat load of matte baby blue glitter!

All Pampered Polishes polishes are 5 free, cruelty free, and vegan. There are no traces of formaldehyde, toulene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, or camphor.
